The rooms here are comfy and have some charming little details. the staff is super friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the location is fantastic—it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Lewes Priory Park. 😊.

I have stayed in the double room with a private safe, air conditioner, and television. The point is swimming pool view was an unexpected bonus;))

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from Southover Grange Gardens, and our twin room was great, featuring a fridge, air conditioning.

the only friendly person was the night person at counter

obviously the words deluxe rooms mean nothing to this hotel the room was a dump, filthy walls, back door would not close or lock, holes in back door, balcony unsafe to stand outside, smelled of sewrage all day and night, i booked this hotel for bed and breakfast, well first day i had to pay for breakfast as the cook gave me a menu, when we had eaten the recepenist then came and told me i was not allowed menu food, we only had a choice of an american breakfast (who wants that in thailand) or boiled rice with chicken we ate outside hotel for all meals, would not let me swap rooms, staff was the worst i have came accross in all my years of travelling. moved to another hotel for rest of holiday

Wifi was weak,breakfast poor and repetative,the noise at night coming and goings of bikes at all wee hours and early morning wake up by the contsant barking dogs, smell of bad drains in room another put off so I moved on plenty places here never a problem and I booked delaux room they gave me a bog standard 1 wont be back,it well of beaten track down dimly lit lane

This hotel was fantastic, providing a relaxing stay with a charming triple room that was ready upon our arrival, and I loved having a balcony to take in the view of the swimming pool. Great property, relaxing stay, charming room, balcony with pool view.

Well i love swimming in a pool since the beach water is salty and i am from fresh water lakes and not a fan for sea water, so i love the pool and the room cleanliness was good !

The staff are friendly and polite. The food is good for the price that you pay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel offers a number of useful services and is located near to the main road to the beach front. I would recommend this hotel highly but just remember you get what you pay for so don't moan when it isn't a 5star hotel.

Some of the other guests can be a little of putting especially when around the swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Sawasdee Place. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bed, hot shower, and cold AC. The balcony was a nice touch. The service was outstanding, especially from the Manager at the Front Desk. The value for the price was excellent, and we appreciated being able to check-in early and check-out late. Highly recommended!

This hotel is perfectly situated in North Pattaya, in a quiet area, yet very easy to explore the city center by public transport or own transport. the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast was good with adequate choices. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The hotel Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept demanding re-authentication a bit too often, making it hard to stay connected.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy veranda where we could hang our wet clothes. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and walking street. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and always nice to us.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

The pool was mind-blowingly amazing - clean, warm and simply jaw-dropping. The hotel staff were like superheroes, so welcoming, friendly and professional. Plus, the 7 Eleven just a 5-minute walk away was super convenient. And the reception area with its pleasant vibes and cool fish pool was the cherry on top.
